Talking Sculpture Making (TSM) is an exhibiting and discussion forum organised by three women sculptors Gillian Brent, Alexandra Harley and Sheila Vollmer.
TSM was formed in 2019, to share and disseminate the experiences of the artists and provide support and shared networks. The three artists have been working and exhibiting nationally and internationally, since the 1980s. Each TSM artist’s work is distinct in the use of abstract construction; yet here is a definite sense of a common visual language and collective experience, emerging from a female perspective. 
TSM have invited Kent & London based artist Melanie Ahmed to exhibit with them in Margate. Details of the public discussion event with notable curator will be available soon.
